This micro device isn’t trying to compete with the likes of 8BitDo or Razer to be the best controller going. It’s not even a direct opponent to CRKD’s own excellent Nintendo Switch dock-controller hybrid, the Nitro Deck.

Following the release of support for ARM64 devices, the popular PS3 emulator RCPS3 has come to the Raspberry Pi 5. Discussing the announcement over on the official website, the RCPS3 team says that due to the Raspberry Pi 5 housing an ARM-based CPU and at least 8GB of RAM — the recommended amount of RAM needed to run the PS3 emulator — it made sense to try and get RCPS3 running on the device.

I’ve spent eight days with them and think there’s a lot more to these budget-friendly speakers than you may think. The Edifier M60’s bass may pound like a pneumatic drill, but it’s deceptively wide and never overwhelms. I didn’t feel like my brain was being scrambled at all. Not just that, but it enriches the surrounding melodies.

A native PC port of N64 title Star Fox 64 is coming to PC. Announced via The Harbour Masters 64 Discord group, the port is a recompilation of the N64 classic (think reverse-engineered and coded for PC). Sony Begins Work on New Handheld Gaming Device

Sony is currently in the process of designing a new gaming handheld that would let owners play PS5 games on the go. That’s according to a new report out of Bloomberg (paywalled), which states Sony is looking for a new way to bring PlayStation games, and presumably services, to a wider audience while also combating the forthcoming Xbox handheld.
