The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, commonly referred to as RBKC, is a prestigious borough located in Inner London. It holds the title of the smallest borough in London and is the second smallest district in England, making it one of the most densely populated areas in the UK. This borough features upscale neighborhoods like Notting Hill, Kensington, South Kensington, Chelsea, and Knightsbridge.
