The content division, Fremantle, ranks among the largest global creators, producers, and distributors of both scripted and unscripted programming. By integrating the streaming platforms of its broadcasters, such as RTL+/TV Now, 6play, Salto, and Videoland, along with its digital video entity We Are Era and over 360 YouTube channels under Fremantle, RTL Group has emerged as the top European media company in digital video. Additionally, it owns advertising technology firms Smartclip and Yospace, along with the streaming technology company Bedrock. RTL AdConnect serves as the international advertising sales division for RTL Group. The majority shareholder is Bertelsmann, and RTL Group is publicly traded on the Luxembourg and Frankfurt stock exchanges, as well as being listed in the SDAX stock index.
