Scottish Islands Explorer

Scottish Islands Explorer magazine was established in January 2000 by Linda Grieve and her partner, Philip Welch, on Fair Isle, which is part of the Shetland Islands. Initially, it started as a simple eight-page black-and-white pamphlet that focused more on text than visuals. However, by November 2002, it transitioned to a colorful format and quickly expanded to become a 52-page magazine.
