REHANNE SKINNERWest Ham Women, 2023-Managing a club full-time was always the job that I wanted. Before I became West Ham manager, I had worked in football for nearly 25 years in a variety of roles - some paid, plenty unpaid. A lot of people in the women's game have been in the same boat. Doing this job - meaning I don't need to do other football-related roles on the side because the salary isn't enough to live on - is a relatively recent thing.

League ONE PLAYOFF FINAL, MAY 18 2024Bolton Wanderers 0 Oxford United 2 On March 12 2024, playoff hopefuls Oxford United went to promotion-chasing Bolton Wanderers and suffered a chastening 5-0 defeat. DES BUCKINGHAMOxford United, 2023-Leading Oxford United out at Wembley - the team I grew up supporting, as a local boy - was a very special moment for me and my family. STEPHEN CLEMENCEBarrow, 2024-From the moment I led my first session, I knew I wanted to coach. I was a player at Leicester, doing my licences, when I took that session with Birmingham's Under-14s. I walked off the training pitch and thought to myself: "Yes, this is what I want to do."Then I took my second session and came off thinking: "Bloody hell, I'm hopeless!"I knew then that I would have to work hard to become a coach.

LIAM ROSENIORRacing Club de Strasbourg, 2024-My dad has a drawing I did when I was eight years old. He says he is going to give it to me when that picture becomes a reality. Dad was playing for Fulham when I was born in 1984. He had two spells there, either side of playing for QPR under Jim Smith. My mum always took me to his games, pretty much from when I was a newborn. Football was in the blood in our family. For me and my brother Daron, growing up, the highlight of our week was always Saturday.
