The Daily Observer

The Pembroke Daily Observer is a daily broadsheet newspaper that caters to Pembroke, Ontario, and the adjacent town of Petawawa. Established in 1855, it is currently owned by Postmedia. With a circulation of approximately 6,000, it holds the distinction of being the oldest ongoing business in Pembroke. Over the years, it has undergone several name changes, having been known as The Bulletin, The Standard, The Standard-Observer, The Pembroke Observer, and currently, The Daily Observer.
