The Dalles Chronicle
The Dalles Chronicle is the daily newspaper for The Dalles, Oregon, and caters to the eastern Columbia Gorge area, including parts of Wasco and Sherman Counties. The newspaper first hit the stands on December 10, 1890. Initially, it was owned by Scripps League Newspapers, which was taken over by Pulitzer in 1996. Later that same year, the paper was sold to Eagle Newspapers.
