It’s a question I’ve been asked many times today following the announcement late last night that he had cleared his diary after suffering temporary side effects from his cancer treatment. Although his weekly hospital visits have continued, they have done so in private, so for many, the news that he had been briefly kept in under observation was somewhat unsettling given the monarch has been so busy in recent months.

As HELLO!’s resident shopping expert, it’s only right that I discuss the Meghan Effect. It may have divided opinion but Meghan’s Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, was incontestably a feast for the eyes. Did I want to wear cream before watching that show? No, not particularly. Did I care about how chic my apron looked before the show? Nope, not one bit. Did I contemplate wearing Crocs around the house? Oh hell no. But now? Well… it’s a yes to all of the above.

Happily, Buckingham Palace has now confirmed that the King and Queen’s State Visits to Italy and the Vatican will happen in April, which has put quite the spring in my step. It seems the royal couple are just as excited too.
