Meet Jake Perper, the Founder and Scouting Director of The Hoop Vibe (www.thehoopvibe.com). With a career as a sports writer beginning in 2010 and a focus on basketball scouting since 2015, Jake has a wealth of experience in the field. He held the position of Southeast Scouting Director for the Prep Hoops Circuit and spent seven years as the lead scout for Prep Hoops’ Florida site. In 2017, he created the Sun Bash Tampa Bay, a holiday basketball event for boys during the regular season.
