The Living Church
The Living Church is a biweekly publication located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that delivers news and insights about the Episcopal Church in the U.S. This magazine has been in circulation since 1878 and is often associated with the Anglo-Catholic faction of Anglicanism. Major national newspapers recognize it as a voice for this perspective. Over the years, it has incorporated several older Anglo-Catholic magazines, such as The American Churchman, Catholic Champion (established in 1901), and The Angelus (launched in 1904). Its content typically reflects a moderate-to-conservative viewpoint both theologically and culturally.
