    A state appeals court has reversed a disciplinary decision imposed on an inmate at Attica Correctional Facility. After a search of Christopher L. Wester’s cell, guards found two photographs showing Wester posing with two smiling young girls. He was charged with smuggling, possession of contraband, and possession of gang materials. After a disciplinary hearing, Wester was found guilty of all charges. The penalty included 37 days in the special housing unit, and a loss of one-month good time credit.

    A Genesee County couple is suing Le Roy Country Club Inc. and Gomil Enterprises Inc. for injuries suffered when a golf cart allegedly malfunctioned at the golf course. Plaintiffs Kimberly Lewis, and her husband, Donald Lewis, filed the lawsuit in state Supreme Court in Genesee County on Wednesday. The Lewises, who live in Stafford, are represented by Buffalo attorneys Terrence M. Connors and Michael C. Arena. Le Roy Country Club Inc. and Gomil Enterprises Inc.
