The Northeast Georgian

The Northeast Georgian

The Northeast Georgian stands as one of the oldest and most esteemed businesses in Habersham County. Established in 1892, it merged with the Tri-County Advertiser in 1990. This newspaper is committed to serving the community of Habersham County and is unique as the only publication available in both print and online formats that focuses exclusively on the lives of residents in the area. With a circulation that surpasses 10,000, the Northeast Georgian issues two print editions weekly—one on Wednesdays and another on Fridays. Additionally, the online edition is refreshed on the same days as the print versions are released. In instances of breaking news, the website is promptly updated to inform readers before the information appears in the printed newspaper.
