The tourism sector in Australia is poised to expand as international visitor arrivals to Down Under have seen a steady increase in the past year. In February, about 8.3 million international visitors travelled to Australia, a nine per cent increase from last February, and the figure is expected to grow to 13.2 million by 2029. Over the past year, 416,000 visitors have travelled from Singapore to Australia, ranking it among the top 15 markets in terms of the number of tourist visits.
