The Southern Maryland Chronicle (SoMDC) is a fully digital news platform dedicated to the Southern Maryland area. We provide coverage for Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary’s Counties, as well as the southern parts of Anne Arundel and Prince George’s County. SoMDC focuses on all facets of the Southern Maryland community and aims to expand alongside it.
