The alleged family violence offence took place at about 7pm on Tuesday, February 25, when the 23-year-old man confronted the mother of his child while in the driveway of an Alfredton home. Neighbours reported seeing the man yell at the woman, who locked herself in a car, before hitting the car with a crutch and a metal pole.
