Roughly 600 of the ill-fated chain’s 800 stores are shuttering for good, and it started Tuesday, May 27, in locations such as Deptford Plaza in Deptford. About 200 other Joann stores had already shut down operations last month after the retailer declared bankruptcy in January 2025 for the second time.
