It kicked off on Wednesday when they hit the road to Medicine Hat to take on the Moose Monarchs for a single game. The Spurs saw Medicine Hat score 12 runs in the first three innings as they fell 15-5. Vauxhall notched nine hits in the game with a pair of errors on defence.

Saturday saw the team welcome in the Calgary Bandits to being the weekend. This one was all Chaos as they took an 8-0 lead in the first and never relented. When the final buzzer sounded, the Chaos took home a 32-5 victory.

Taber-Warner MLA Grant Hunter warned that older individuals who may be unvaccinated are risking serious complications should they become infected.

On May 28, the Spurs were on the road for a rematch against the Lethbridge Lakers. After sweeping their home doubleheader against the Lakers, the Spurs were hopeful to continue to build on that. Game one saw an early 2-0 lead for Vauxhall, but Lethbridge was able to battle back and take it 4-2 after a key three-run third inning.

Posted on June 5, 2025 by Taber TimesBy Cole ParkinsonTaber TimesSummer is nearly here and Taber lacrosse teams are batting for position in the Southern Alberta Lacrosse League (SALA) and the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League (RMLL). U11The month ended with one home game for the U11 Thrashers as they welcomed in Brooks Drillers White on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, Brooks saw their offence go off as they collected a 16-3 win against Taber. Damien Ellis had all three Taber goals in the loss.
