Here's what you should know about WORD at hunterword.com. This platform was established several years ago thanks to a technology teaching grant from the college. It came to life through a partnership between students and a professor, and it was agreed that the publication would be overseen by faculty members. The students reached a unanimous decision to have faculty supervision to maintain the integrity of the publication, especially in light of past challenges faced by the previous student publication, The Envoy, which aimed to represent Hunter Students but was affected by campus politics and hidden agendas.
