How I can assist you: I manage a mailing list dedicated to helping individuals discover jobs in venture capital. This list has been active for several years and boasts hundreds of subscribers, including professionals from various VC firms. Additionally, I launched StartupCareerAdvice.com, a blog where I provide career insights from startup leaders, including founders, executives, and VCs. My goal is to help people find fulfilling jobs, and these platforms are my primary means of achieving that. Professional background: I recently transitioned from Amazon.com to establish a SaaS startup named HireNurture, focused on the recruitment sector. Before my time at Amazon, I was part of VMTurbo, an early-stage startup in virtualization and cloud computing, where I was the second non-founder and the first hire in sales and marketing. In that role, I spearheaded customer development, business development, and marketing efforts while helping to secure our initial customers and launch our first products. Prior to VMTurbo, I worked as an early-stage VC at L Capital Partners. My career also includes positions at VMware, Scient, and FOXSports.com.
