Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy
The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy ('Vidhi') is a standalone think tank focused on conducting legal research aimed at enhancing legislation and governance for the benefit of the public. Our approach includes producing high-quality, peer-reviewed original research, collaborating with the Government of India, state governments, and various public institutions to guide policy decisions and facilitate the transition of these policies into law. Additionally, we engage in strategic litigation by bringing important legal and policy matters before the courts. Our core principles include a commitment to non-partisan collaboration, top-notch research standards, and maintaining our independence.
