Watermark is a versatile media organization dedicated to promoting and supporting LGBT issues. We focus on using new opportunities and innovative approaches while maintaining a professional image and fostering meaningful connections with our audience, clients, and the community. Founded by Tom Dyer in Orlando in 1994, Watermark expanded to Tampa Bay in 1995. Dyer, who is an attorney, has a rich history of involvement in the community as a former board member of the Metropolitan Business Association and the Tampa International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. He also serves on the advisory board of the Harvey Milk Foundation.
