WBEN-FM, also referred to as "95.7 Ben FM," is an adult hits radio station based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It features a blend of popular music from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, along with some of today’s trending adult contemporary tracks. The station is named after the famous Benjamin Franklin and is known for its unique "Playing Anything We Feel Like" format, which was inspired by the Jack FM style that originated in Canada. Unlike many other Adult Hits stations, "Ben" incorporates live DJs into its programming. Additionally, actor John O'Hurley's voice is used for the station's imaging and voiceovers. The transmitter for WBEN-FM is situated in Roxborough, while its studios are located in Bala Cynwyd.

The 2024 Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival is now open in Franklin Square. A must see every summer in Philadelphia. We had such a great time last year that I’ve been eagerly awaiting this year’s festival. We checked out the festival on opening night on Thursday and it didn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful. Between Halloween and Thanksgiving, before the holiday chaos really begins, the National Dog Show happens at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks, and tickets are now on sale. Knoebels Amusement Resort is my favorite place in the entire world. Seriously. It’s great for kids and adults alike. Dogs too. (Yes, you can bring your furry friends with you to the park.) They even allow the dogs one big swim in their GIANT pool at the end of the season. This year, that’s happening on September 8th. More info HERE. It’s real cute. I could go on and on about how it’s the best place ever. In fact, I already have. If it were just a bit closer I’d be there once a week, minimum.
