WCVE-FM, also known as "WCVE News," operates at 88.9 MHz and is a public radio station based in Richmond, Virginia. It provides broadcasting services to the Richmond and Petersburg areas. The station is owned and run by the Commonwealth Public Broadcasting Corporation (CPBC), which also owns Channel 23 WCVE-TV, the local PBS affiliate, along with several other FM and TV stations throughout Virginia.
