Westford CAT

WestfordCAT is a nonprofit organization responsible for overseeing the PEG access channels in Westford, Massachusetts. They offer training, equipment, a playback system, and a website to support residents in creating, sharing, and broadcasting their video content on local TV and online. The government channel features comprehensive coverage of meetings for the Board of Selectmen, School Committee, Finance Committee, Planning Board, Conservation Commission, and other special events. Viewers can watch programs on Comcast channels 8, 9, and 99, as well as Verizon channels 33, 34, and 35. Additionally, all three channels are accessible online at www.westfordcat.org, which includes a vast library of on-demand videos and links to WestfordCAT's YouTube channel.

Mary FoersterBorn and raised in Watertown, MA; Mary attended college and graduate school at Catholic University of America (Wash DC). Foerster began working at AARP in 1974 while pursuing Master in Library Science graduate degree. She worked at AARP 17 years in National Gerontological Resource Center and State Legislation (Legislative Representative for the SW states).

I am writing to ask you to vote in the May 7th town election and to vote for Laurie Oliver for School Committee. I met Laurie 33 years ago when my daughter was in the first grade and I volunteered to play piano for a school music performance. That first collaboration led to many others, and I was able to see how Laurie inspired, directed, and managed hundreds of students in dozens of productions.
