Is there anyone in Alabama who loves Cajun food? I'm talking REAL Cajun food like jambalaya, po'boys, etouffee, and boudin. Recently, while on the road with my wife on the phone, she mentioned wanting to eat some cranklins. Ironic enough, I was at a gas station and saw a place with a huge pig in the logo called Ronnies Cajun Boudin & Cracklin's in the same plaza.
