Mumbai-based packaging specialist, Printmann Offset, has acquired a majority stake in Hyderabad Security Offset Printers (HSOP), a specialist in mono cartons and leaflets for pharmaceuticals. The acquisition, backed by healthcare-focused private equity firm Somerset Indus Capital, expands Printmann’s footprint into southern India. The deal positions Printmann better to serve its extensive client base from multiple locations while tapping into HSOP’s established regional network.
