Owned by Cumulus Media, the station switched its affiliation to CBS Sports Radio on January 2, 2013, leaving behind its previous partnership with Yahoo! Sports Radio. WNML-FM proudly serves as the main station for both the Tennessee Smokies Southern League Baseball network and the statewide radio network for the Tennessee Volunteers, known as "The Vol Network."
