He was Chattooga County Juvenile Judge for forty nine plus years and a Master Wood Crafter. In addition to Parents, He was preceded in death by brothers, Charles David Westbrook and Donald Carlyle Westbrook.

Mrs. Dotson loved her family and always treated everyone else’s children as if they were her own. Nothing pleased her more than planning and hosting family get-togethers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Frankie Lynn Reynolds.
