After a few showers moved through the area Saturday, Sunday’s forecast should feature less shower activity as the remnants of the Nor’easter push eastward. Temperatures Sunday should range in the 60s, with a couple spots possibly nearing 70. Although there is a chance for a spot shower Sunday afternoon, Sunday morning is expected to be dry with more sunshine. For Memorial Day shower chances increase to 30% but temperatures will jump up another 5-8 degrees, with highs in the mid 60s to low 70s.

The nice weather continues into the work week as high pressure moves overhead. Expect highs in the 70s for most on Monday, with the Cape & Islands a little cooler in the 60s. It will also be breezy again but with a southwesterly wind, acting to warm us up even more. Unsettled weather returns midweek with a spot shower on Wednesday and scattered showers on Thursday. Typical cold spots may have frost tomorrow morning. Be sure to cover plants that are sensitive to the cold. Locations close to the coast should be fine. Best chance for frost will be in Southern New Hapshire or Connecticut River Valley. https://t.co/sWhv3xrPEY
