The Texas Longhorns (13-3, 7-1) capped off a successful season that saw them finish with one regular season conference loss, an appearance in the SEC Championship Game, and a deep run in the College Football Playoff (CFP). It marked the second consecutive season under fourth year head coach Steve Sarkisian in which the team won at least 12 games and made the Playoff.

The Texas Longhorns return to practice today for the first time since their 22-19 loss to Georgia in the SEC Championship game last Saturday. As they do, Steve Sarkisian and staff will host Purdue tight end Max Klare today to soak it in and tour the 40 Acres, as first reported by 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz. It’s portal season, and the Longhorns are looking to capitalize on as many top-grabs as they can to bolster a roster that needs depth.
