The Community Hospice nurse hones in on enhancing a patient’s quality of life rather than focusing on the quantity of life they may have left. GREENUP James Miller was smoking dope and drinking booze before high school. He’s been in and out of so many county lockups, he has ranked them in his head. Greenup County is No. 1, he said. The 36-year-old Rockcastle County native is promising himself he saved the best for last. Come May 1, Miller will have experienced his last incarcerated day, he vowed. “I’ve been told all my life there comes a point where you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired of not having nothing,” Miller said.
