The Ministry strongly denounces and dismisses the unfounded claims calling for the arrest of the Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the respected Chief justice of Supreme Court, Sheikh Abdul Hakim Haqqani. These requests, like numerous other decisions made by this particular entity, lack a justifiable legal basis, exhibit double standards, and appear to be politically driven. The Islamic Emirate condemns this baseless accusatory stance.
