In this study, 23 ISTR primer pairs were used. A total of 115 bands were obtained from these markers (Fig S1, Tables S3, and Table 6). The P3-F3B3 marker produced the highest number of bands (9 bands). The markers P18-F8B10 and P22-F9B7 exhibited a total of 8 bands apiece, while the markers P2-F2B10 and P19-F9B3 had the lowest count of 2 bands. The average number of bands per marker was 5.00.
