IBM Raises Quarterly Dividend by 1 CentIBMIBM hiked its quarterly dividend by 0.6% to $1.68 per share from $1.67. The Armonk, N.Y.-based company said Tuesday that the increase was approved by its board of directors, and is the 30th consecutive year IBM has raised its dividend. The new payout, equal to $6.72 annually, pays a yield of 2.8% based on the company's last closing price of $236.16 on April 28. The dividend is payable June 10 to stockholders of record as of May 9.

By Adam L. CataldoUtah's Davis School District's board of education plans to issue $100 million of municipal bonds to fund capital projects. The district will offer General Obligation Bonds Series 2025 in a competitive sale, and bids can be submitted electronically starting at 11:30 a.m. ET on March 27, according to a document posted Wednesday on MuniOS. A resolution on the sale of the bonds was approved by voters in a special bond election in November 2022.

The commission will issue $186.5 million of Utility System Revenue Bonds Series 2025 A, and $85.8 million of Series 2025 B Utility System Revenue Refunding Bonds, according to a preliminary official statement posted Tuesday on MuniOS.
