Alice Norman’s culinary journey began at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, where she developed a deep passion for food, putting her hand to farming to baking. Soon after completing two courses at the school, she began working her first job in hospitality with team at modern Indian restaurant Kricket in Brixton.

Yokohama-born chef and third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi’s eponymous 16-seater restaurant at the Rotunda in White City is one of London’s most celebrated fine dining venues, and one of the most sought-after reservations in London. Last week, after a months-long refurbishment, the restaurant reopened, with a full book for the foreseeable future.

For the second consecutive year and building on a triumphant 2023 debut, celebrated island restaurant, Tillies from Palm Heights in Grand Cayman, will arrive in New York City this week. The restaurant will be serve a family-style sharing menu from the 41st floor at WSA in FiDi for a six-day Fashion Week pop-up. Tillies head chef Jake Brodsky has conceived a menu which sees some of the restaurant’s most celebrated dishes brought to a Manhattan audience for just the second time.

Klaus Wittrup, a self-taught chef, has worked in diverse kitchens across Denmark, Sweden, and the U.S. Holding a masters degree in business economics and marketing, he also served two influential years as the right-hand to Claus Meyer of Noma fame. He then spent a year in Indiana, a time which he says ‘sparked his passion for American burgers and culture,’ and thus shaping the vision for Copenhagen’s hit burger garage Gasoline Grill – one of actor Jeremy Strong’s favourite burgers in the city.

This summer, the duo behind the celebrated Michelin-starred restaurant and listening bar, Arkestra, which opened in Istanbul in 2022, opened Ritmo Zeytino, a three-month summer restaurant, bar, and artistic destination in Yalikavak, Bodrum, which marries vibrant, seasonal menus with cocktails, music and, under postcard sunsets, unrivalled views of both the coastline and the municipality.
