Moussa Sissoko has scored the only goal in a 1-0 win in three of his last eight appearances. No #watfordfc player has done it more often in an entire season since Tommy Mooney in 1996/97.

The tedium of that half best summed up by a man behind me muttering vaguely - to nobody in particular and with the ball dead - “Ngakia is *not* the answer.” Not too sure what the question was but there’s a danger we’ve run out of things to say for this season. #watfordfc

Bayo had a bad second half and his #watfordfc career is probably done - but, honestly, it can’t be optimal for a player to have started a game brightly and then feel the crowd on his back after every small mistake. It capitulated from there.

Boothroyd was one of my first heroes. He was bonkers - but the remarkable self-belief and spirit he showed to drive #watfordfc’s 2005/06 promotion made me, aged 12, believe he could do *anything*. It cemented my Watford obsession and has me clinging onto blind hope to this day.

Doesn’t seem like a complicated conversation - the vast majority of #watfordfc fans feared relegation in the summer and that was avoided comfortably with 10+ games to play. The play-offs aren’t impossible. It’s been a very, very good season.

Superb FA Cup quarter-final line-up. Six teams priced 10/1 or shorter and it would be the best day of a generation for eight of the remaining nine - with the one exception more beatable than in a decade.

Frustrating as that was, #watfordfc have definitely hit on a sustainable style that can stay in the mix for the top six. Baah is a huge miss. Abankwah immense.

Eoin Morgan really was a marvel. England are routinely a very bad one-day team except when he's captain of it.
