    Leading partnerships developer Lovell has donated £1,133 to Upstream Cymru, an initiative led by homelessness charity Llamau. Llamau is the leading homeless charity in Wales, supporting vulnerable young people and women. The charity assists those in need by offering them a safe place to stay, supporting them to live independently by teaching the necessary skills and confidence, and helping them back into education or employment.

    Construction work has started on 104 new homes in a prime location along Swansea’s SA1 Waterfront. Coastal Housing will take around 36 months to complete the homes, which will be rented to people in housing need across the city. As with all Coastal Housing homes, rents will be below the market rate you would expect to pay a private landlord for a similar home in the same location.

The company has targeted the region due to a significant rise in dilapidation schemes and a surge in demand from existing partners operating in the area.
