‘Not bad for a wee lad from Broughshane’: Josh Rock revelling in NI’s World Cup joyJosh Rock and Daryl Gurney won the World Cup of DartsMidway through our interview, Josh Rock politely asks if we can take a quick break – a fan has stopped him in the airport and asked for a picture. He'd better get used to it. It tends to come with the territory of being a World Cup winner.

A day after line-mate Scott Conway was announced as the first returnee for the new season, the 33-year-old American has followed suit to complete two-thirds of the Giants’ dynamic top line that is rounded out by dead-eye winger J.J. Piccinich. Another potential departure from the @BelfastGiants as Eishockey News are reporting that DEL2 side ESV Kaufbeuren are keen on Joe Cassetti. The 26-year-old played just four games last season, scoring three goals and four points, before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury. https://t.co/OzpmOmvxnE

Unless this hole plays at least 70 yards downhill, this is ridiculous. I'm a strong believer that you should never hit more than an iron into a par-3, let alone a driver - more ways than length to make a hole challenging.

It’s real. 😅 What club are you hitting, and what score are you carding? https://t.co/8H8Y8bT0iG

Now that Hospice Hockey and Keefe's testimonial are done, would imagine the @BelfastGiants will start announcing signings thick and fast fairly soon. An educated guess would say there are 23 players to be revealed before mid-August, so only around nine or 10 weeks to do it in.
