Early voting is underway for the final time this year as voters decide the shape of city government in El Paso. Six races are left to be decided — the mayor's seat and five spots on the El Paso City Council — after no candidate reached the 50% threshold required to win outright in last month's General Election. El Paso residents can vote in the mayor's race. Residents must live in City Council Districts 1, 3, 4, 5 or 7 to vote in those individual runoff races.
