The Government will crack down on public servants working from home, saying it wants to see more of them in the office. Public Service Minister Nicola Willis announced the new guidance at the Government's post-Cabinet media conference this afternoon. “Updated guidance for the public service will make clear that working from home is not an entitlement and must be agreed and monitored”. The move is likely to be welcomed by businesses in Central Wellington that have been struggling for customers.
