    THE WORLD is about to get a new second tallest building. The Burj Azizi is currently under construction in Dubai and will stand a staggering 725-metres above the city when it completes. That height will put it into the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s “megatall” category and see it overtake the world’s current second tallest building: Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur.
