The NFL is set to approve allowing players to take part in Flag Football at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. The motion for approval is expected to pass at league meetings on Tuesday. At least 24 of 32 teams must approve the motion. The NFL will then need to bargain with the NFLPA on injury protection language. The 2028 Summer Olympics are scheduled for July 14 through July 30. Players taking part may miss the first portion of training camp.
