Adolescent Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) is a debilitating illness of unknown origin. Emerging theories suggest that altered communication between the hypothalamus and the rest of the brain may play a role in ME/CFS, prompting investigation into hypothalamic connectivity in this condition.
