DiscussionConsidering the Robson classification system, with CS rates of considerable sample size (n=3030) and a long period of enrolment (18 months), the current study represents the first comprehensive report from one of the most specialised hospitals in Somalia delivering healthcare to high-risk patients, particularly with services to pregnant women and newborns.
