    Venture Global LNG, a prominent US-based liquefied natural gas exporter, has unveiled plans for its highly anticipated initial public offering, aiming for a valuation of up to US$110bn. The company, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, intends to raise as much as US$2.3bn by offering 50 million shares priced between US$40 and US$46 each. The listing is set to debut on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “VG”.

    Ingenia Communities Group , a leading owner of seniors-focused communities, has raised its FY25 guidance on the back of strong performance in the first half. The group is now forecasting FY25 EBIT between $162m and $165m, marking a growth of 20–23% on FY24, an increase from the previous target of $148m to $155m. Underlying EPS guidance has also been raised to 29.0–30.0 cents, up from the prior 24.4–25.6 cents.

The company, headquartered in Perth, provides electrical, instrumentation and communication services to infrastructure, resources and commercial sectors. Among the latest wins is a contract with data centre operator NEXTDC for electrical installation at the M3 data centre in Melbourne.
