I started programming at the age of 12 when I found an old book in my school library teaching the C programming language. I'm about to turn 31, and I've gone through self-teaching, academic teaching, university, and learning from seniors and colleagues. However, if there is one thing that every course, every class, or any other form of instruction doesn't teach you about tech careers, it's the right mindset to push yourself forward every day.
