A Lake of the Ozarks area resort has been sued over an allegedly non-ADA-compliant website. Now the business is facing thousands of dollars in potential penalties, for not having website elements that would have taken a fraction of that cost to implement. Sandy Waggett, owner of web-design and social media management company MSW Interactive Designs, said the resort called her company after being served with the lawsuit.
