The minimally invasive approach has been utilized to correct numerous congenital cardiac anomalies, such as ASD, Partial AV canal, Subaortic web resection, VSD, and PAPVC with good results (1). This approach is described for the supracardiac TAPVC here. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first report pertaining to this particular type of operation. The patient was a 5-month-old male weighing 4.6 kilograms.
