Swiggy has set the price band for its Rs 11,300 crore initial public offering ( IPO ) at Rs 371-390 per equity share of the face value of Re 1, according to an announcement by the Bengaluru-based Food and grocery delivery company on Wednesday.The IPO will be open for subscription from November 6-8.ET had reported on Monday that Swiggy would issue shares within this price range.

Consumer appliances maker Atomberg Technologies reported a 31.4% increase in operational revenue to Rs 848 crore for 2023-24 from Rs 645 crore in the previous financial year.However, its net loss widened about 46.3% to Rs 202 crore from Rs 138 crore during this period.The company’s cofounder Sibabrata Das told ET that losses increased over the past two financial years due to fresh employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) grants, management bonuses and fundraising expenses.

ETtechContent-to-commerce firm Good Glamm Group on Thursday said it has completed the acquisition of feminine hygiene brand Sirona for Rs 450 crore in an all-cash deal. The deal—which was partly closed in 2022—had faced legal scrutiny after founders and investors of Sirona issued notices to Good Glamm for not finalising the acquisition as per their original agreement. In 2022, Good Glamm announced the purchase of a partial stake in Sirona for Rs 100 crore.
