Castrol India Ltd has announced an 8% increase in its net profit for the January-March quarter of FY25, reaching ₹234 crore, up from ₹216 crore in the same quarter last year. GMR Airports Ltd has successfully raised ₹400 crore through non-convertible bonds (NCBs) to support its infrastructure expansion. The privately placed bonds, carrying a 5% coupon rate, have a tenure of 36 months and will be listed on the BSE. "The Management Committee of the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on April 3, 2025, upon receipt of the subscription amount of ₹400 crore, allotted 40,000 listed, unsecured, rated, and redeemable NCBs with a face value of ₹1 lakh each.
